The Original Expansion Team

Four years ago Chris was put in charge of Freeport's underground mines expansion. He was told he had three months to turn it around or they would find someone else. Eeks!!  What a massive challenge!!

Chris welcomed the challenge and said he would do it but only if he could hand pick his team. He was told yes and the group affectionately known as the "Mongrels" we're born. 

Sometimes I need to encourage Chris to reward these guys, not because Chris doesn't want to, but because he is so busy with work, that things like dinners and what not get pushed aside. That's where I come to the rescue! ;)

So we decided to have a dinner at the Lupe (where else? ;)) for the original team. Unfortunately, Sexy Rexy, (Where do these guys come up with these names?!?!), and Shari (wife of Tony) couldn't make it. The rest of us could, so finally we had an "Expansion" dinner.

After about 10 shots, we finally have a group photo that works!

Many thanks to these guys!  If it wasn't for the huge team effort, the mines, nor Chris, wouldn't be as successful as they are today!
